great short cruise stay
great spot free drink under bed lights onsite parking
the hotel is in a great spot to west quay. a free welcome drink exist. lights under the bed are useful when getting up in the night. onsite parking is handy, or you can park next door.
i noticed a very long queue at reception during check in. the process is flawed, but the staff were trying its best.

the staff were very knowledgeable regarding cruise ship procedures. they answered my questions and put my mind at ease. i respect the employees who backed each other up with some rowdy guests.

The hotel location is great. It provides easy access to the engine room club. there is a taxi service nearby for transfer to the cruise boat. the hotel is near a very large shopping complex.

check in was easy. rooms were perfect. an early check in was facilitated without any fuss.

great value helpful staff amazing breakfast
i found great value for money at this hotel. the staff was lovely and very helpful. i enjoyed an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The window handle was broken, so the room became ridiculously hot during the night. It kept my partner and me awake. turning off the heating didn't help as the surrounding rooms made ours warm.

the queen room included a comfortable bed and blackout blinds that ensured a restful sleep. i appreciated the cleanliness and the stylish design of the room. amenities such as a kettle and tea and coffee were provided.

the staff displayed signage at reception with ships leaving port the next day. they listed their terminal. arranging a taxi to the port terminal was simple because they offered help. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near various restaurants (a short walk across the street). I liked the pre-booked taxis to the port upon check-in. The reception staff offered welcome cocktails or mocktails upon arrival.

The reception area has various seating options and creates a relaxed atmosphere. A table football is available , and it is fun to play and hang around the bar area (it's a good way to unwind).

The room was very clean and provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were as described. The hotel provided excellent facilities for those travelling with a dog. there was on-site parking available.

The location was good. westquay shopping mall was very close. the breakfast was nice. A good selection was avaiable.
the room, it was very small and no wardrobe existed. there was only three coathangers and no small table was in place.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food. i liked the under-bed light sensor. It was a nice touch. the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.
the broken window handle made the room too hot at night. turning off the heating didn't help. it kept me awake.
