i found great value for money at this hotel. the staff was lovely and very helpful. i enjoyed an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The window handle was broken, so the room became ridiculously hot during the night. It kept my partner and me awake. turning off the heating didn't help as the surrounding rooms made ours warm.

the queen room included a comfortable bed and blackout blinds that ensured a restful sleep. i appreciated the cleanliness and the stylish design of the room. amenities such as a kettle and tea and coffee were provided.

the hotel's location offers convenient access to many attractions. west quay, a huge shopping mall, is next door. i found everything within walking distance.

the breakfast buffet costs 12 pounds per person, i considered a reasonable price. the superb breakfast offered a wide array of choices. i enjoyed the vibe in the public areas. drinks were reasonably priced in the bar.

the staff displayed signage at reception with ships leaving port the next day. they listed their terminal. arranging a taxi to the port terminal was simple because they offered help. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near various restaurants (a short walk across the street). I liked the pre-booked taxis to the port upon check-in. The reception staff offered welcome cocktails or mocktails upon arrival.

The reception area has various seating options and creates a relaxed atmosphere. A table football is available , and it is fun to play and hang around the bar area (it's a good way to unwind).

The room was very clean and provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were as described. The hotel provided excellent facilities for those travelling with a dog. there was on-site parking available.

The location was good. westquay shopping mall was very close. the breakfast was nice. A good selection was avaiable.
the room, it was very small and no wardrobe existed. there was only three coathangers and no small table was in place.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food. i liked the under-bed light sensor. It was a nice touch. the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.
the broken window handle made the room too hot at night. turning off the heating didn't help. it kept me awake.
